10 best places where to brunch in Paris

I have to tell you that brunching (apparently) is one of the most popular activities in Paris. Especially on Sundays you can queue for hours just to eat some pancakes, but for these 10 places, even queuing is worth it.

Some places organize brunch even during the weekdays, so check it out and if you can avoid to waste your time queuing during the weekends.

I also wanted to say you that except of being really photogenic food is really really tasty.

Hardware société Paris, queued for 1 hour and a half to get it, but the food is just wow. This cafe offers a variety of food for a good kiwi/Aussie brunch.

And after the brunch you can have an excellent walk over Montmartre and surroundings, it’s just around the corner.

Holybelly, the thing I adore are their savory pancakes, best thing I’ve had so far. I couldn’t imagine bacon mixed with maple sirup, but after I tried for the firs time these pancakes…. I am dreaming about them even at night.

Season, the first place where I have tried the brunch in Paris, and it remained one of my favorite ones. I love the matcha pancakes & the fresh smoothies.

Café MéricourtI’ve tried this place when it was just opened, but I didn’t have time to take some pics. Their eggs 🍳 are sooo damn tasty, you should absolutely try them, and they’re photogenic too, perfect combo right?

Marlon, located close to the Eiffel Tower, this Californian inspired restaurant serve some typical american brunch dishes. I recommend the eggs benedict & the waffle. And the staff makes the experience extremely nice!

Ralph’s, if you’re searching for a refined and chic brunch, this place, located in Saint-Germain-des-Près is perfect for you. The restaurant, as you can imagine from the name is the Ralph Laurent restaurant. The thing I love the most is their courtyard: perfect for the spring/summer days (check out my pic pretending to be serious while I’m choosing my brunch).

Marcelle, the first meeting with @lafilerebelle was here, but except for the sweet memories, food is so good, as you can see in the picture I had a healthy brunch, but there’s much more you can choose from their menu.

Clint, this place was suggested by my friend @lajeanettem🤗. Good news: THEY TAKE RESERVATIONS ON SUNDAYSS, so make sure to to book your table in advance.

Zia, tried this place for the first time in the sweet company of @nyctoparis , the burrito was literally insane, and in the menu you can find different dishes from all the typical brunch things. The best thing is to ask the staff some suggestions..

La Recyclerie, mandatory stop before going to the historical Paris Flea Market on lazy Sundays. This place is an experimental location dedicated to the eco-responsibility.

In the rear part of the restaurant you have an old railway all covered in green with plants and some vegetable gardens, it’s really interesting to see it at leas once.

For the brunch they serve a formal made of two main dishes (one sweet and one savory) and unlimited coffe, bread with jam, etc…

Why did I move to Paris?

I don’t know how many of you know that I am still studying. I’ve just finished my undergraduate program in Economics and Business in Milan, and I had planned to go this year to King’s College to start a Master of Science in International Marketing.

(Scroll down for the italian version)

Unfortunately I’ve decided to graduate in September, and later I’ve discovered that my graduation day was the same day of the beginning of the Marketing program in London. Luckily King’s college postponed the start of my program in September 2018, so I didn’t lose my place there. But at that point, the question was: What I will do during an entire “free” year?

After some moments of panic I’ve decided to start a Msc in Management in Milan and… the fate, because yes I believe so much in the fate, decided that I got accepted to come for an Exchange program in Paris. There were 5 choices of countries eligible as preferences for the Exchange, but among these 5 the destiny decided to bring me to Paris.

So here I am, spending  5 months in one of the cities, or maybe the city that means the most to me.

I think I’ve said to you so many times that it was my first flight (I need to find the picture of my first flight, my face it’s just memorable), but I thinks it’s not the only reason why Paris is so important.

I come to Paris almost every year, since I was 6 years old.

My passion for photography and sharing my experiences started in Paris too. I still remember some years ago, when I was here for my summer holidays and with my first camera I just decided to go out with my friend Eugenia and we started taking randomly some pics.

And now, I just couldn’t be more excited to be back here. This time living here as a real “Parisien”and who knows what will happen in this months…

Getting into the Christmas Spirit in Milan

Navigli, a magical enchanted night in the city always starts there. The lights along the canals in the Navigli are particularly pretty, with the reflection glittering in the water.
Perfect place where to use the KiraKira+ app (this one that will make every light shining) and don’t forget to put your phone in your pocket and dream a little bit.
Four Season Hotel Milan, feeling nostalgic about your mountain chalet? Missing a fireplace where to relax in a perfect holiday mood? Visiting this place during this period is definitely worth it, you can enjoy an apertivo or a tea time in the perfect Xmas mood.
Ristorante al Garghet, already booked until Christmas Day (you can just imagine how popular this place is), the Christmas lights will literally light up your dinner. I had the opportunity to have dinner in the first part of the restaurant where there is the live piano bar that will make your night unforgettable.
Ecliss, if this year you’re feeling a little bit the Grinch of the situation, I think that this will definitely change your opinion.
One of the most beautiful decorated Christmas shops where you can breath and enter into the Christmas mood.
Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, a classical place where to go if you’re visiting the city, but the Christmas decorations will make it even more magical, with a blue starry night sky. Is what you need to see after a very busy day, or where to conclude a romantic night maybe.
Be sure to spend some time looking at the sweetest (literally) advent Calendar located in the shop window of the “Pasticceria Marchesi”.
Obej Obej (which means “oh how nice!” in Milanese dialect) or Christmas markets in Duomo, if you don’t have enough time to go to Bolzano or to Switzerland (like me) you can still be happy to explore these markets located between ‘Piazza Castello’ and ‘Piazza del Duomo’.
Vanilla Bakery, the perfect place for your tea time or and holiday brunch (always on point for each festivity of the year), you will find the cutest cupcakes and biscuits, everything made with so much love.
